The story takes place when magic was very easy to find but at a major cost, Sonic the hedgehog is the king of Canterlot and the bearer of the sword Excalibur he protects everyone and everything in his kingdom. Amy is the lady of the lake she is the one who gave sonic the quest to find Excalibur and protect the ones who need it. Sonic fell in love with her but Amy does not share the same feelings because Sonic is her king.
