This story is about a princess named Poppy and a pauper named Kelsey, who dream of freedom and by following their heart, they will make their dreams come true. It is inspired by the Barbie movie of the Princess and the Pauper. And this is also a remake story for @Reesedoodle she made. Hope she likes it.

In which the royal family attempts to get ready for a portrait during the Christmas season. Just a silly frothy little Christmas fic.

Things take a turn when the Equestria Girls enter the world of Barbie in the Princess and the Pauper. Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Sunset find themselves meeting the princess Anneliese, while Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy stumble into the life of the pauper Erika. Both girls seem to be living completely different lives, so it's a shock when Anneliese and Erika meet up, and the only two things that are different about them are their hair and their birthmarks (Anneliese has the royal birthmark; Erika doesn't have any). Suddenly, Anneliese is kidnapped by the minions of the royal advisor, Preminger. Not only that, but Erika rebels from the script and goes along with Rainbow Dash and Sunset to find her. Julian, getting worried, says that Applejack has to pose as the missing princess so they can find her, since she's the closest to Anneliese. However, Anneliese was to marry King Dominic the next week, and he's falling for "Anneliese." Translation: he's falling in love with Applejack. However, Preminger, who had staged Anneliese's kidnapping, knows something's wrong, that either Anneliese escaped so cleverly or that there's something else going on he's unaware of. Meanwhile, the real Anneliese has found herself trapped in the same dress shop Erika lived in, with Madame Carp mistaking her for Erika. The real Erika, Rainbow Dash, and Sunset have just made it to the palace, just as Preminger reveals that Applejack had been playing Anneliese this whole time. With all the confusion going on, will the movie reach the happy ending Pinkie knows and loves? Or will this story change for the worse? Once upon a time there lived a poor family in ponyville. They were poor but still lived happily because they had their two twin fillies which they loved. They were twins that were born with rare eye colours. One a unicorn mare named Rosetta and the other a pegasus colt named Thunderscore. These twins were always spending time with each other and they lived happily together. Then One day when Equestria was under attack, their small house was destroyed and their mother and father had to flee somewhere else. To solve this problem, the mother and father took the twins to Canterlot to explain to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna about their situation. Worried that the family would not be able to afford to take care of both of the children with the bits they currently have, they came to a conclusion that they would separate the two twins. Their mother the unicorn would take Rosie and stay with the Princesses in the castle to Study Magic as Celestia's student, and thunderscore would stay in Cloudsdale with his father the pegasus in a newly built home. They also cast a spell onto both of the twins so that neither of them would remember that they even had a twin. Although they have all that they could ever need, they still can't help but feel like they are missing something from their lives.

Preminger had a plan to become king. He would steel all the gold in the mines for hiself so the kingdom will financially suffer. Then he will marry Princess Annalise. If she refused, then he'll marry the Queen. But what happens when you, Annalise's older sister and rightful heir to the throne appear in the picture? Also this is a fem reader, however I am only mentioning she/her pronouns and no afab body terms. I may rewrite this into a gender neutral reader story. With that being said Cherry out.

yeah yeah this is was made before I was born but it's one of my fav movies. this is more of a kids story so just putting that in there. ok now, Annelise is having trouble preforming her royal dudy's and Ericka finally finds her parents again helps them and has a life in the royal castle with Dominic.
