[Ashitaka x fem! reader] Warnings: Blood and gore Y/N had been a part of the forest for as long as she could remember. She slept in the caves, sheltered from the storms, and planted trees where she could, seeking to repair the damage dealt by the humans. She and her sister were adopted by the wolf god Moro when their parents were found destroying the forest, and since then Y/N has dedicated her life to protecting her home. But when a human boy comes, claimed by a curse, Y/N starts to wonder about the world beyond the walls of the forest. And she starts to wonder if she truly hates humans as much as she originally thought. I do not own Princess Mononoke, all rights belong to the original creators. None of the pictures and videos used are mine, and they all belong to their original creators! I hope you enjoy.

4 years have passed since the death of the Forest Spirit. After Iron Town was rebuilt 2 years after the Forest Spirit, Ashitaka left to the wilderness in search of San who was living peacefully among the Wolf Clan. Now there is a new member of the Wolf Clan... No wait, two more. Ashitaka and their daughter Yoki.

The seventy-sixth entry of the 2022-2023 Film Journal brings forth Hayao Miyazaki's latest picture, "The Boy and the Heron". Here, I recount a fun detail of seeing this film, the hype surrounding the flick, and delve into the tale's mysteries.

An alternate universe based off the Ghibli film, Princess Mononoke follows the plot of a cursed prince looking for a cure. And stumbling across a fallen angel helping the spirits and creatures of the forest fight against the humans who are trying to steal their land for personal gain. The alternate universe is, yes. A love story about two boys.
