The title says it all

It's been over a month since Prince has passed and Erinalia is still having a hard time coming to terms with his passing. When falling asleep at night she is visited by the purple one and doesn't know why. Will seeing her friend in her dreams give her the answers she's looking for or will it cause her more mental harm than good?

This is the story of a young girl hailing from Atlanta who grew up listening to music to cope though reoccurring tragedy. 17 year old Erinalia, who preferred to be called "Erin" takes a trip to Toronto with her college bound cousin who lands a surprise intership with music icon Prince. Unknown to Erin, she would have a chance encounter and form a life long bond with his royal badness and her life forever changes.

On April 21, 2016 the world lost an icon of the ages. This was just something I had put together to sum up how we as the Purple Army have been feeling since we lost our sweet Prince. As we continue to enjoy the legacy he left behind and keep him alive in our stories of the many personas of the man who paved the way for "weirdos" and "outside the box thinkers" we remind ourselves that at the end of the day he was immensely loved and will be sorely missed. If there wasn't a more fitting farewell speech for him this would be it. Thank you Prince for teaching us how to love and to cry. We only wish that you taught us how to live without you.
