WARNINGS: One of my characters is a survivor of assault, and it very much effects her character. There will be vague ideas of prior situations, because it haunts her, that is all. Mello became a king of the underworld because it was easier than learning how to live without purpose. Lyra, the feral genius he rescued from Wammy's House, gave him a future. But Ophelia (the soft, broken twin Lyra wants nothing to do with) threatens everything Mello built to protect them. She is fragile where Lyra is sharp, gentle where the world demands brutality, and far more dangerous to Mello than any rival syndicate: she makes him care.
