"I am calling off the wedding.I will make sure you will rot in prison for the rest of your life" with that I dragged her from the altar where we were supposed to get married now and left from there ignoring her cries. ONE MONTH LATER: I got up with pounding head. Probably because of the amount of alcohol I consumed last night. I sighed and searched for my phone which is ringing. I picked up without checking the number. "Hello, This is Justin smith, officer from F.B.I agency. Am I speaking to Jason Davis?" Other person asked. "Yes, any problem?" I asked trying to concentrate on his words. "Yes sir! I was asked to inform miss.Veronica william's updates to you sir. I just have an update for you sir" he said. I cringed by hearing her name first time after leaving her at altar. "What about her?" I asked masking my curiosity. "Sir, she got bailed.Even the head couldn't stop" he said. "Who did ? She is an orphan? Who will help her?" I voiced out my curiosity. "Even we don't know sir. The person behind it is very influential we count get a small detail" he said. Who could it be? Did she lie to me about being an orphan? How could she deceive me for four years? Who are you Veronica?
