In this debut mystery series novel, Charlie Parker, accountant and partner in an Albuquerque private investigation firm, is visited by her old school friend, Stacy North. Stacy's Rolex watch is missing and she begs Charlie to help locate it before her husband finds out. Things are complicated by the fact that Stacy had been seeing another man, Gary Detweiller, and he's the one she suspects of having stolen the watch. With a little detective work, Charlie retrieves the missing watch and all should be well. But three days later, Detweiller is murdered. All eyes turn to Stacy as the prime suspect. Once again, Stacy begs Charlie's help in proving her innocence. As she begins to ask questions, Charlie learns that Detweiller's life was not as simple as first perceived and that any number of people had grievances against him. And before she can pinpoint the killer, her own life is in danger as well. "An impressive debut mystery!" -- Albuquerque Journal "Charlie is slick, appealing and nobody's fool--just what readers want in an amateur sleuth." -- Booklist "This is a dandy. Don't miss it!" -- Book Talk

The Case of Mrs. Weldon follows Siren through a case she thought we would be straight forward – follow a man’s wife and prove she is cheating on him. But Siren soon finds out that all is far from simple and straightforward. Nicolette Mace is a private investigator out of necessity, not choice. With her family dead and nowhere else to turn she had to learn to stand on her own two feet and live the only way her father ever taught her to. Life as a private investigator isn't all big cases, excitement and arch enemies. Filling the Afterlife from the Underworld follows the day to day musings and activities of Nicolette Mace: The Raven Siren, taken from her online blog. "My name is Nicolette Mace, but you might know me as the Raven Siren. I'm a Private Investigator living the 1930s romantic dream in this new and exciting modern age. I keep records of everything that happens; everything I have seen and done. Why? There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamed of in your philosophies."

Entrada Publishing 15-year-old Krista Winnette worries about her dad, Drew. After all, he just lost his job, and Krista's mom just left him. So he does what every unemployed man must do in this desperate situation: He becomes a private eye. Drew knows nothing about being a private eye, but how hard could it be? As he says in his Facebook ad: "You ever wondered how a private eye finds a missing person? Or trails a cheating husband? So have I! So hire me, and I'll figure it out! If you like Theodore Boone, The Adventures of Jack Lime or Veronica Mars, you'll love My Dad, the Private Eye. This is a story I wrote for my company's annual Writing contest. I was somewhat limited by the 4,500 word limit, so it ends with a bit of an anticlimax. I wrote it more to work on a character that I wanted to develop. I'm planning to write more Jason Hawke stories in the future.
