After fleeing Gotham, Jonathan and Daria find themselves experiencing the hospitality of the controversial Lex Luthor. Daria's memories continue to resurface and reveal shocking truths of her former life. Scarecrow is invited to take part in a project which could create something bigger than the toxin cloud that terrorised Gotham.
