Paul has been visiting Beanies everyday rather than the usual Starbucks once he's introduced to the rather cute barista over there. The long walk and god-awful coffee had always been worth it in the end. Seeing her was always the highlight of his day, even if she didn't know it. There was just something about Emma Perkins that always left him speechless. An idea of what Paul and Emma could've been had the meteor never hit. Featuring a group of absolute dumbasses.

Professor Hidgens dwells on his past. The days of his youth. On that beat up house at the edge of college campus. On the stomping ground with Greg, Steve, Stu, Mark, Leighton and... Chad. This is a consequence of an incident that no mortal human could forgive themselves for.

What if Black Friday didn't end so suddenly? What if our surviving heroes went to a certain kooky reclusive biology professor's house to seek refuge? What if they survived the attack? Will everyone finally be safe or will evil follow them wherever they go?

If you find this book before you find the one I'm updating... I'm sorry? Go check it out before you write me off as a bad writer LOL. For every chapter I fix, I'm putting the trash orginal here. Basically so the new one can still show that it has all those reads and votes and stuff because I crave validation fjidfhw. But this way people can also see the original if there are even any people still reading Hidgens fics at this big age. Considering how problematic this story actually is with this age gap and teacher x student relationship I doubt it tbh. I don't even really like this book anymore really, but I thought it'd be fun to laugh at myself and fix this hot mess.
