Ash and Pikachu are back in Kanto helping Prof Oak. at his Pokemon lab but when a mysterious old man storms into the lab and hands Ash a weird letter everything changes, as the letters seem to bring Ash and Pikachu back through their journeys and further and further away from home as they follow and try and figure out what these letters mean.

-When the shy yet sweet Milly Ketchum, decides to finally follow her dream, she is given a golden opportunity by Professor Oak, who gives her the letter of Endorsement to a prestigious Nurse Academy, St.River Nurse Academy in Jotho, will she take the chance or let it slip away?

He still carried that burden, she could tell, even when she watched him reunite with his cousin from Alola, and a young black haired boy run around the Carrol with the Kanto Gym Leaders, and Alolan Trainers. There had been other Gym Leaders in her time. The Pokémon Doctor's father, Flint, was a worthy opponent. As well as the girl's mother, who'd past away unfortunately. She felt like she had missed out on so much. The Alolan forms... They were interesting. How they had adapted to their tropical environment... It was all too familiar to her. She looked down at her form. She still had it in her, right? She could transform into them all. She could help Professor Oak!
