In a different universe, Touya had a different life and different outcome in his life. He became the hero he wanted to become without the help of his father. His adopted parents didn't just win their custody battle for him against the Pro Hero Endeavor, showing evidence and witnesses including his siblings testimony. He and his siblings grew up together in a healthy environment. Shouto has created a habit of crashing at his place claiming it was closer to school when he moves out with his long term girlfriend who he is planning on proposing to soon. One thing led to another after a series of raids took place in various locations owned by Dr. Garaki. As a result, Touya and his girlfriend ended up taking custody of a small boy who was found in one of the lab's hellish conditions. They became parents to a 7-year-old child who was artificially created using their DNA without their consent. Despite the circumstances, they grew to love him as their own son.
