Whichever hero has the most essays written about them gets to come into the classroom and meet the students. This hero ends up being Katsuki Bakugou. They meet again after years, Izuku Midoriya's relationship with him progresses from there. (I'M BAD AT WRITING SUMMARIES I SWEAR IT'S GOOD)

He drops his keys in an attempt to enter his apartment and the inconvenience sends him spiraling. His only hope is that the whole, horrible day will disappear once he can collapse into his lover's arms. Except Katsuki isn't there.

When Midoriya Izuku finds that he doesn't have a quirk and is exposed to the world's cruelty at the age of four, he focuses instead on things he can do to become a hero in his own way. He skipped grades, and with his IQ of 187 he makes his way to the Behavioral Analysis Unit at the FBI in Tokyo at the age of 21. What will his life be like now? Hisashi Midoriya has been out of Izuku Midoriya's life longer than he was ever in it. He wasn't there when he began middle school, got accepted into UA, defeated Shigiraki on live television, accepted a position teaching at UA as he continued to climb up the pro hero ranks, or even when he got married to his childhood best friend, Katsuki. Wherever he was, Izuku couldn't give one damn about him or what he had found so important to abandon him and his mom to 'work abroad' in the US. Hisashi Midoriya has now officially left behind the biggest pile of shitty circumstances for Izuku Midoriya to deal with to date. He thought that now, at nearly 30, he was finally past ever dealing with Hisashi's fuck ups. Now here Izuku is. Getting a phone call from a police department in the United States. Being told that Hisashi added another kid to his abandonment count. And this one isn't lucky enough to have an 'Inko' as their other parent. Oh, by the way. This one is also in police custody for vigilantism. (A self-indulgent fic of Izuku gaining custody of his half sister through a series of fucked up events.) It was never like this before.. So why now.. is my heart beating so fast and my cheeks warming with color from just the sight of my old childhood friend Izuku?
