2 weeks after her 16th birthday, Melissa is in a horrific accident and sustains a life altering injury. She is forced to face discrimination from many as she attempts to integrate back into society. From Crown City Rehab, to shopping at her favourite store in the mall, and even from her own family, Melissa faces disappointment. That all changes at one of her rehab sessions.

-~She sees things that no one can, she feels and hears things that you cant, she's a monster that no one understands~- Ophelia Hernandez has Schizoaffective disorder, she gets bullied because she hallucinates. Her only friends are people her mental disorder have made for her: Zilo, Armaria, and Kismet. One day she makes real friends but those days start a new stage in her life. The monsters of her dreams come to haunt her in her everyday life. Causing terror in her mind and before her eyes. (Story based halfly on the life of one of the authors)
