Hiroko Hanamoto used to have four childhood friends... Or, at least he thought. His childhood is mostly a blur, and he can barely remember a thing. What he can mainly remember is that an incident occurred with his family, and at some point, he ended up living on his own. He was lonely for a time, but he had his guitar to help him through it, and he also met a person who liked cute and pink things during middle school. He thought his life would return to normal, but little did he know his first friend would end up leading to way more. This story is based on the mobile game Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!

As the final semester of 3rd year highschool is almost up, Rui is met with 2 choices. Confess to his crush, and spend the rest of his highschool life to the fullest.. Or just don't. And leave with regret. But hey, he has lots of time. Right? (Mentions of Emunene, Akitoya, Honasaki, Ichishiho/Polyneed, and implications of Kanamafu and Mizuena though slight!!)
