"Project Valor has been compromised. Project Valor has been compromised. Code Red. Code Red. Project Valor has been compromised." I sprinted across the muddy earth, rain pouring down and creating a haze farther into the black of the night. I hit the tree line, hearing the guards shout at one another to see if they found me. I kept running, the scenery around me blurring as I ran faster than ever, pushing my body to do more. I leapt over fallen logs and ducking under low branches as they tore at my clothes. I caught a scent that was so intoxicating I stumbled, my body instinctively moving towards it. It was faint but I could still follow it.
