In not my first and hopefully the last fanfiction I ever make, I've decided to rewrite King of the High Seas, an old story that was discontinued due to my lack of motivation. Cascadia is rebuilding, and the Federation is in shambles as other states staged uprisings of their own, made easy by the Federation's lack of resources after pouring them all into the Cascadian Independence War. After receiving a contract from the Republic of Magadan, one of the newly independent nations, Sicario heads to a deep sea testing rig. Icarus Armories is causing a commotion, and Magadan wants them shut down. However, clear skies is all but what awaits them. Sector D2 owns Project Wingman. Yostar owns Azur Lane and all characters associated with it. u/ck-pasta on Reddit owns the base cover as far as I can tell, which I have edited. During the end of the war against the Federation. Hitman-1 dubbed Monarch was shot down by Crimson-1 but not before Crimson one blew right past him and unleashing a stream of 20mm into his planes engines blowing both of them to pieces. Many flew north, looking for work with those rebuilding Cascadia. Some sought revenge on the Federation. Comet Squadron was hit especially hard by the battle of Presidia. Unable to live off contracts they are pushed ever closer to becoming the privateers they've been fighting.
