A town blanketed by harsh whispers and unexplainable events, Marcus Amato is hired by a research company residing in Summitview Arkansas. Working on a project under the name of "Project Xander", he and his colleagues begin to uncover things that have been kept under wraps by not only the town, but the company itself.
