Ehmoe has led a trying life. She managed to break free of her parent's clutches by the time she was sixteen, opting to live poor with her sister instead of being lied about and manipulated by her parents. She's always had a sacred duty, one that she's kept secret in her heart; responsibilities and memories that she, alone, was left to bear. Now, trouble is starting to brew again in this world and the other, she must step up once more to her sacred task as guide and guardian. The trouble is, nobody takes the supposive schizophrenic seriously, not even the one who she's charged with protecting. How can she convince them to believe the truth of what she sees, when they believe it is all in her head?

"I want you." **** Zoey is just your average 17 year old teenage girl living with her overprotective parents in the outer suburbs of New York. Her life is pretty normal, filled with high school drama, homework, shopping trips with her best friend and everything else that comes along with being a teenager. Or so she thought... When she starts crushing on her best friends boyfriend and secretly meets up with him while coming in contact with a mysterious man in a business suit, her life changes. She finds out a dark family secret that her parents have been trying to save her from since she was born. When she is left with the choice to either run away from the life her parents have tried to protect her from or become part of it, she is left to go on a journey that will determine where she belongs and who she will become. Somewhere along the lines, she must find out where her heart belongs too, before its too late... **OK so I know this sounds very cliche, but I am not good at writing descriptions and stuff so yeah. Its not as cliche as it sounds. Please give my book a chance :)
