I show and explain how I feel daily when I overthink. It's about all of the things I never let go of in life. I learned a lot from this, especially that you can't outrun these problems. Sometimes I think that others shouldn't worry about my issues or problems when they have their own to worry about. This happened a lot, and some of these poems were written with my tears.
