What if Sirius had been the one with Harry that night at Godric's Hollow, and if he'd died instead of Lily and James? This story follows what James would be like if Sirius had died, a life where Harry would know and love Sirius as his godfather who died for him, and later on meets him, because MAGIC! In this AU, Peter Pettigrew is known as the one who betrayed James Potter, but he is never captured. Also, Regulus Black is alive, he never goes after the maybe Horcrux. And he has some form of guardianship over Draco, so he is also a bit different and has a budding friendship with Harry. Oh, also Snily.

After weeks of practically begging on Tumblr, I finally did it. What if the Marauders befriended Severus after they graduated? What crazy shenanigans would they get up to? Here's the answer! At least my version. Quick note: I will be rewriting some canon for some of the plot in order for there to be Snily and Prongsfoot. I don't own any characters unless I say so.
