If It Stops Raining is a compilation of stories that reflects different experiences in life and the impact that leaves; every story begs for the rain to stop only for it to hail, and it never stops. "There are suddenly chains caging my heart as if something wrong happened, and they gripped onto my heart until it bled, and even my subconscious cried."

A spiritual reawakening for a soldier who is lost to the seeds of war and consumed by violence of the conundrum. A ghostly face familiar yet so far away and from the mind vaguely consumes his heart, soul and entire being. He's guided through this dance of the heart and spirit of the unknown craving what he lost in the distance. Filled with seeds of doubt, his heart beats for the one and only life he left behind to start anew the wreckage of his visions His mind foretells.

This is a short scenario reflecting the weight of chronic depression and the disconnect between a patient and those trying to "treat" her. When the words for pain run out, metaphors take over. Trigger Warning: Existential dread, feelings of worthlessness/hopelessness, and clinical settings. Reader discretion is advised. A collection of mixed poetry and prose about a transitional period in my life. I am waiting for the water to boil, to receive what the world wants me to, and so these pieces are what I chose to do during that time. What will you do while the water boils?

What couldn't be said, written instead. A lacy is when a speaker's mind itself is haunted with thoughts of what she will never have. Literally just everything I wrote.
