Maple Lane was never the same after we arrived, the so-called mischief makers always up to something. The journey of 12,300 kilometers from one nation to another without the comfort of family is one that is difficult, at best. Jumping at this experience last minute without a strong plan, and with a bag of food allergies is a much more treacherous decision. This story is a compilation of personal thoughts and progresses of an individual as she strives to survive in this foreign, new world.
