"Hey, you don't look so good. Something else happen?" Dean asks. For a second, Sam imagines telling Dean. Telling him how he was alone for six months. Telling him how he had hunted with an intensity that scared even him. Telling him how he had stabbed the trickster on a 50/50 chance that it wasn't really Bobby. But Sam can't tell him, he couldn't bear Dean knowing. So he forces a half smile and says, "I just had a really weird dream."

The Winchesters, a family that hunts and kills all things supernatural, with the motto 'Saving People, Hunting Things, The Family Business.' The origanl story follows two brothers, Sam and Dean, and eventually their angel friend, Castiel. This story focuses on three siblings, Sam, Dean, and (Y/N). Follow them as they go through saving the world, romance, betrayal, secrets, and much more.

Set between 13x17 ("The Thing") and 13x18 ("Bring 'Em Back Alive"), this story offers a glimpse of Sam's attempts to get through to Gabriel after his rescue from Asmodeus. Contains an abundance of hurt/comfort, because I can never resist reading that genre myself.

The Winchesters somehow get always into problems. This time is not different. Dean is affected by a kind of spell, a de-aging spell that is not like the others, one spell that is going to give Sam a lesson about the feelings of his brother. Because -as Pink Floyd said- the echoes of distant times will come willowing across the sand. They have to find a way to meet in the sea and see, because the echoes of the past resonate in the present.
