The Fall of Autumn is a story about a girl who refuses to bow and a world determined to break her spine for it. Set in the 1970s, where society runs on hierarchy, silence, and inherited power, the story follows Nirupa Mandal, a young woman born into a system that already decided her worth before she could speak. She questions caste, class, gender, and the morality people hide behind tradition. For that, she is branded difficult. Disrespectful. A curse. Enter Veer Chopra, standing on the opposite side of the social ladder, wrapped in privilege, rivalry, and a masculinity that the world never questioned. Their lives collide through football fields, political unrest, and an unspoken tension sharpened by inequality. What begins as rivalry slowly mutates into something far more dangerous. Understanding. As the country simmers with unrest and personal rebellions ignite, Nirupa must choose between survival and resistance. Between love that comforts and truth that costs. New policies pervade the American culture such as the Better Homes Better Future Act where all pregnant couples must pass an IQ test with 90 or higher and scores are tattooed on the infants skull for record keeping. Anything lower and the child is given to a more suitable home. Or the Volunteer Tax because if someone has time to dedicate to the less fortunate, then they must of course have extra income to spare. The best part, everyone agrees to these laws because if not one phone call is all it takes for someone to disappear. But what if persuasion isn't a learned skill but a gift embedded into a person by ancient beings? And what if these ancient beings are at war with each other?

Throughout history, democracy has never been truly experimented. The systems of governance have always been hierarchical and continue to be so. It is time that the people take back the power.

How and why I ended up in jail on November 13, 2023, during the Stop Cop City mass day of action protest

Burg, a city away from everything, all the horrors that are lurking outside. Elijah Del, a white sixteen year old boy, he had always followed the rules and never disobeyed them, he had always passed his tests but that's only because his father is close friends with the Commanders, the leaders of Burg. Elijah met a black fifteen year old girl her name is, Najwa Taniel. The two of them soon became very close, maybe even closer then they should've. Soon after Elijah met Najwa she told him of all terrible things the Commanders treat people of colour in Burg, Elijah knew it was wrong and unfair, so he fought for what is right, he fought for those who couldn't speak up, he fought for someone he lost. Elijah wouldn't stop fighting until they got justice for those who were killed and lost unfairly. Elijah will lose many people close to him but it's all worth it in the end, right? No Justice, No Peace.

The story is about birthday parties, community action, community division and community harmony. It is autobiographical, about a time in my life and a time in the life of the community. It is about personal feelings, dealing with conflict and trauma, racism, and antiracism
