Colten was the star quarterback. Seriously, he was the best at it, he just had a natural talent from it. Everyone loved him, still loves him. But Colten got into an accident, and lost the lower part of his right leg. He hates everyone, hates life. He pushes everyone away. He can't play anymore, and that means he's broken. Peyton's in the robotics club. She's a nerd, and she's proud, but she's also on the school swim team. She likes to build things to help people. And when a grumpy quarterback with one leg and half of the other comes along, she can't help but get involved. Colten hates the girl. She annoys him to the point where he can't describe it. But what he doesn't realize, is that to something broken, there's always a fix. Peyton might just be that fix.
