After Robotboy is left utterly destroyed in the heat of battle, Protoboy begins to contemplate the effects of his actions and whether or not it would be worth it to have a change of heart and fight for the greater good.

As Robotboy and the group follow the coordinates from a shady letter to some sort of secret base, they find Protoboy and some mysterious robot. When the robot then takes the virus controlling Protoboy for themself, they end up leaving him with a bad case of amnesia. As the robot gathers most of the villains into a single group, it's up to the cast to put a stop to their plans. Somewhat inspired by Memory: not found, Redemption club, and "Just a prototype"
