~ ariel roads: bad, prankster, delinquent. parents hate her, teachers despise her, and students trash her. she doesn't care, though. she doesn't care about anything. except getting out of her stupid, tiny, judgemental town. ~ axel stone: evil, menacing, horrible. still, girls fall and cry as he rips their hearts out. sure, parents think he's no good and teachers think he's doomed, but the high schoolers just can't seem to loathe him like ariel. and the girls can't stay away from the handsome lawbreaker. ariel won't fall for it, though. why would she? she's not like that. she doesn't want to settle down and fall in love. she wants to make music in California. but when axel threatens ariel's image, what else can she do? let it go? that's not who she is. she's not the Virgin princess who's never had a boyfriend, nope. she's not afraid of getting hurt or falling in love. she won't. she knows that. so she proves it. by making a deal with the evil, dark, and wicked.
