Greed made Jade do bad things. She didn't want to suffer anymore, so she did something worse than murder. She regrets it now, but that was in the past. She stands before the king on a day one week after her crime. To prove she is worthy to stay in the kingdom and not go to prison, she must go through the Seven Mazes of Wonder. The rules to this game: 1. It lasts for six months, until I'm 18. 2. I still have to go to school, but it's a 'safe spot'. I can't be captured there. Other than that, the sky's the limit. 3. I have a budget of $300,000 on my credit card for traveling and food expenses. 4. The game ends the moment I turn 18 and three months old or if I get captured and held captive for 24 hours. 5. I can use any legal attempts to escape and my dad can use any legal attempts to capture me. Yes, that's right. You heard correctly in the last rule. My DAD. He tried to force me into an arranged marriage, and I refused, because that guy was just so damn snobby and conceited. Anyway, when I refused, my father proposed a game. If I could escape him for six months, until a little bit after my 18th birthday, then I was free to choose whom I wanted to marry. And so I accepted.
