But is that the only thing he will find in the ruins? Read on to find out...

Some shadows are memories. Some are warnings. And some are the pieces of ourselves we're not ready to let go. In the end, nothing is ever truly gone.

"The Chess Master's Game" delves into the harrowing experience of a toxic relationship, where manipulation and possessiveness reign supreme. The poem uses the metaphor of a chess game to illustrate the strategic and calculated nature of the abusive partner, who treats the other's heart as a mere playing piece. It explores the conflicting emotions of longing and revulsion, the insidious nature of emotional abuse, and the lingering scars left behind. Sometimes life drains you of your innocence and when it does, you have no choice but to find a hiding place to keep yourself safe. This was my way.

Good, Bad, and indifference. The land of Khaos is separated into three different nations, Erebus, Baldr, and Odr. Fueled by Avidite, an energy witch powers the people giving them unique abilities and weapons, each nation seek their goals. Each however choosing a different path. These three nations always at odds with each other rarely over step their boundaries because of "him". The world of Khaos is not a kind one, but one rife with political and social issues. The two young men seeking out their goals will find out the hard way. Both their minds and bodies will break as they pursue their goals.

In the distant future, the only existing beings in the world are robots. They are the last remains of the human spirit. However, mankind is not dead. Technology exists. It is capable of transferring human emotions and memories to these robots. But with limited space, new memories will gradually overwrite the old. Transferring them into songs and storing them in a place called Cytus, the memories will last forever. However it is after this that her family becomes completely dysfunctional, when Em discovers something else which could take a turn for the worst for her and her family.

The city is gone. Her family is dead. And she believes she's the reason why.Haunted by her parents' voices and a brother she couldn't save, she survives alone in the ruins of a world erased by a virus. But when buried truths surface, guilt begins to crack. Her parents weren't innocent. And what they did to her may be worse than the outbreak itself.
