A lack of protection by the government and popular heroic units has affected the Mexican gulf's safety and integrity. The big hit is being a hero in New York, or maybe trying luck in Las Vegas. Almost every part of USA has its protector. Specially New York. But... who protects the gulf? A telepath once asked herself this question some years ago. So she decided to put together a group with the objective of protecting their home. The good thing is that the team has a wide variety, the bad thing is that the team has a wide variety. Ranging from stone giants the size of buildings, to elite fighters, elemental manipulators and creatures straight out of campfire stories. Now, if these people protect the gulf... Who protects the ones who protect the gulf from themselves?

An unexpected moment of falling in love, was it a serendipity or just another dream?

Set in the episode "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark" from the perspective of a couple of onlookers of the ending sequence of the episode. It's a simple One-shot I was inspired to write, meant to be humorous, and just off to the side of the main show. Hope you enjoy!

*this story grows with you, as it does with me. It's a story of love and hurt. A belief of hope and something of short- meaningless blurbs that might keep you living- the ones that keep us breathing.

I stuffed a clump of cotton candy in my mouth, looking around in wonder at the sparkling lights and spinning rides. I pulled off a spider web of sugary goodness and offered it to Gus. He shook his head. "I'm gonna throw up enough as is." He moaned. "Gus, you were on the carousel for, like, a minute." Shawn pipes up, taking the piece of cotton candy from my outstretched hand. I frowned at him, but soon was distracted. I pointed at the Ferris wheel, then looked at Shawn and Gus. "Ohhhh nonono." Gus protested, holding his hands up. "Come on, it'll be fun!" Shawn dragged Gus over to the line, despite his protests as I continued to snack on my cotton candy. I rolled my eyes as Shawn poked a piece of chewed gum stuck on the bottom of a queue rope. He suddenly looked up and seemed to notice something. "Shawn? Shawn," I tapped him on the shoulder. Suddenly, his eyes went wide and he ran up to the control center.

"What if you did something you can never take back? Would you confess?" A toxic secret between a couple, eats away at their marriage. Amy and Steven have committed a crime, a girl is dead and they are to blame. The question is, who will be the first to tell? This is a tale of right versus wrong and the thousands of mistakes made in between. Sometimes those closest to us should be the ones we fear the most, after all they know all your worst secrets....

This story basically takes you through Shawn's daily life and throws some humor and celebrities in there to spice it up! Who knows? Maybe old friends will reunite, and new friendships will spark.
