A 10-year-old was living behind the walls as a borrower until an unexpected change occurred. Now, in the hands of one of the greatest (and youngest) Psychonauts, the two kids find a greater threat that spread throughout the world, taking people's powers and using them for evil. Can they both figure out who it is and stop the stranger... and find some new clues to the past?

I'm a writer, I do analysis. Today we are comparing two series about being stuck inside a head where the mind itself is the enemy.

After an incident on a Psychonauts mission, the Mystery Kids were forced to split up. But all this does is escalate their problems; Dipper's refusal to take the apprenticeship still looming over his head and wrecking his life, only one other "person" aware of the extent of it. Mabel, oblivious as always, carries a bucket of unwanted surprises that her brother is trying to keep from her. Norman and Coraline found their way around some semblance of a normal life, but Coraline's experience with the Beldam becomes a potential link to a new threat. Lili and Raz have tried moving on together through Raz's trauma of the event that split them all up. And of something his now estranged family did to him. But now, they were forced to come together again to fight against a threat that causes Oregon to be locked down. A threat that came from the incident at the laboratory. With the help of a couple ghosts and a dream demon. (A/N: Warning! This book deals with major character death, grief, and depression. Tread lightly if this is a sensitive subject for you. Set nearly one year after the events of the Maligula incident, the Psychonauts have changed in that timespan. Interns have become agents, agents have become leaders, and leaders welcome new interns to the Psychonauts headquarters. Razputin Aquato, now a full-fledged (Junior) Psychonaut, now has to take on more responsibilities than just slapping bad guys in missions; he's got to be a dependable leader. And so begins his "little" journey to leading his (probably) dysfunctional squad of interns for training. But with all things regarding our acrobatic agent, things can go awry. What things? Wait and find out. Age Rating: 13+ (Action and mayhem, mild blood, language, and probably messy things in general) Psychonauts and it's sequels are owned by Double Fine Productions and Xbox Game Studios. If you haven't played those or at least know what happens in them, get caught up first.

This Story is heavily based off the plot of the first Psychonaut game (which I do not own), it involves my head cannons and OC's. The story follows a newly orphaned Minno who is the niece of Loboto. She is sent to the asylum since the Doctor is her last living relative, but how exactly will she be able to manage being surrounded by insane people? (Btw the front cover depicts a younger Minno)

The Mystery kids are together and ready! They are going to go on expected and unexpected adventures through earth and other dimensions, will they be ready for it all though? The updates can be slow sometimes I don't own any of the shows/movies/games/books, just the story line. The cover is mine though

Raz returns home from a mission that has kept him occupied for a few days. Lili is excited to see him, but soon finds out that he may not be able to stay much longer. What can the young Psychonauts do to ensure that they have some time away from saving the world?

Today you have a new kid who joins late, And oh boy is this kid 50 shades of messed up- You think you guys might just become friends

Stan bought some land back in the 80's and created a fake summer camp for kids with different interests, now in the present, the Mystery Kids are sent to that camp by their parents not knowing what awaits them. (And since we have no idea who Wybie's parents are, he's gonna be the one with cool gay moms)

You have no idea how much I love these two characters in such a platonic way Also Loboto is drinking water on the cover bc he wants to stay hydrated.
