Together, they make up a twisted sisterhood of the forgotten, the misdiagnosed, and the misbehaved. At first, their days are filled with group therapy, bad cafeteria food, and whispered secrets. But soon, mischief turns into mayhem. And when a challenge to outwit the staff spirals out of control, the women are faced with a terrible question: Are they playing the game, or is the game playing them?
