Her: "Tell me about the mafia." They say. I answered,"Ruthless, fiendish, merciless, brutal, callous, malicious and most of all inhumane." I thought I could endure it all, I thought I was tough, I thought nothing was going to stop me. What could possibly go wrong? Oh, I wish I had known how stupid and naïve I was. If I could take it all back, I would in a heartbeat. All this for what? A great epic love? A very happy ending? Chasing what you truly desire in life? If dreaming of all this costs me being put behind bars for something I didn't commit, it isn't worth it. Living is what scares me. Dying is easy.
