I always wanted to make a book about psychology and many others! I'm very passionate about it and I want to talk openly with you, about anything. My goal is to help and advise you. i will mostly talk about trauma and mental issues. Because, nowadays, there are many problems that we face every day and they need to be solved...until they don't turn into something bad.

the book is a guide to the process of healing or helping a person in a way that I would apply this is just my opinion.
