Okay, let's do this one last time, like for real this time, because this is getting old. My name is Trinity Santos. I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and for the last year, I've been the one and only Silk Seraph, I'd say I think you know the rest, but to be honest I don't think you do, see I'm no ordinary Spider-woman, I actually work in the emergency department at PTMC, I was saving lives long before this happened, and really this just sort of elevated my abilities some would say, some being me considering no one knows who I am, or what I do, not even my roommate, but that's probably because he spends like 99% of his time at the farm, he's such a fucking huckleberry it's not even funny, anyway I'm sure you're wondering how I ended up here, so I guess I should tell you that story.

Livingston Maeve Rhodes-better known as Livy-spent years believing her life would be short. Cancer rewired her. Made her louder, sharper, and far less patient with bullshit. The day her scans finally come back clean, the world doesn't slow down-it explodes. And in the middle of that chaos, Livy meets Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch, a man held together by caffeine, cynicism, and emotional avoidance. What begins as one reckless night turns into something neither of them planned for. Because Livy didn't survive cancer just to play it safe-and Robby doesn't realize yet that the woman who isn't afraid of dying might be the one thing that finally scares him. A story about survival, gallows humor, chosen family, and what happens when you stop bracing for the end.

Flowers can't grow back to what they were once they're dead, right? Well that's what Jack thought. He had learned to live without Cas. Or at least tried to. One morning, after a night spend with a stranger, Jack wakes up suffocating in guilt. Because that wasn't supposed to happen. Not in their home. Not in their bed Not when he still loved Casper. And then a familiar voice comes from the bedroom doorway. Jack looks up only to find him standing there. Beautiful Impossibly alive Yet still so pretty like on the day he had lost him. Maybe this wasn't a punishment. Maybe this was a chance. A chance to say goodbye. Or it was the last thing Jack needed to let go of the past and live in the present. But was he ready for that?

Camryn Wells wasn't trying to rebuild her life so much as outrun the version of it that nearly destroyed her. After a year and a half off the grid, nursing wounds no one could see and some that still ached like hell, she's back in Pittsburgh. Sort of. She's here for Gwen, the woman who adopted her, who's now fading into early-onset dementia. She's on night shift, working trauma at PTMC, trying to remember the nurse she used to be-and to convince her small army of overprotective siblings that she's fine now. That she's not the broken girl they saw in that hospital bed in Boston. Camryn is sunshine incarnate: bright-eyed, too kind, stubbornly hopeful, and despite everything, still believes in second chances. What she didn't plan on? Her new next-door neighbor just happens to be the gruff, quiet, unflinchingly calm ED attending who runs her shift with surgical precision... and dry quips that cut sharper than a scalpel. Dr. Jack Abbot doesn't do distractions. Not from interns. Not from administration. And definitely not from the impossibly cheerful nurse who crash-landed into his backyard and, somehow, into his life. Guarded, fiercely competent, and more at ease in chaos than comfort, Jack prefers solitude-until Camryn. With her pastel mugs, man-hating cat, and maddening habit of calling him out with a smile, she worms her way into every corner of his neatly boxed-off world. She's not what he expected. And he's exactly what she wasn't ready for. But on the night shift, where everything broken comes through the door eventually, maybe they'll both learn healing doesn't always look like what you thought.

Studies show that, on average, Paramedics face assault every 46 hours and injury-causing attacks every 9 days, with injury rates four times higher than the national average. It is notewhile, of course, that female EMT's have a disproportionately greater risk of violence-related injuries. When Wendy Devlin elected to become a paramedic, she hadn't done so with the idea in mind to become a statistic. Unfortunately, it is also notewhile that life doesn't always go the way you expect. Or in which: she begins working alongside the same Doctor who saved her life, and in return, finds she might just save his in the long run. Frank Langdon x oc

When an undercover officer of the CIA begins her assignment at Pittsburg Trauma and Medical Center under the name Dr. Angela Vaughn, tensions begin to rise between the infamous combat medic Dr. Jack Abbott, when he finds out her secret. "I gave that command," she said quietly. "I know, but your duty is above all else. Follow the order, or sign your death warrant." Author's Note: For the sake of my sanity, I am creating a different president. I can't stand the orange in office right now so we're gonna pretend our goddess Mrs. Kamala Harris is our president.
