A series of poems. I hope to inspire others who have gone through difficult times. Who have struggled with their mental health and have survived sexual and physical abuse. This series will also feature poems of introspection regarding class differences, struggles of family dynamics and love. Overall I hope to inspire, provoke and give strength through my writing.

I am writing poetry and short creative pieces to try and better understand myself. This is some of my darker poetry and should come with a word of caution. --- CAUTION There are themes of depression, anxiety, trauma and suicide in these pieces. They don't try to promote it I hope, these pieces are simply me putting my honest experiences and feelings into words.
