Too often, we struggle with trying to please and pacify everyone, while failing miserably to please anyone, especially God. If you share these thoughts or feelings, then this book is for you. You are not alone. Others struggle with the novices associated with this role. By sharing my challenges, my prayer is you will be strengthen and no longer strive to live to please others. The only person we should seek to please is our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As soon as we let go of trying to act like a preachers' wife and simply live like a child of God, the quicker we can enjoy being the help mate we are called to be.
