"Everything seemed to come alive in autumn. Just the thought of hot chocolate, pumpkin spice lattes, and apple pies was enough to warm one inside, full of fuzzy and cuddly feelings. Curling up with a wool blanket by the fireplace, drinking warm chamomile tea while reading a good book... It gave me all the feels. I loved it. All of it."
Autumn Roses. is best described as a cozy autumn romance following the story of Aspen Clay, a hopeless romantic looking for true love. While there is conflict, as all stories must have conflict, there's not a lot. It truly is a feel-good story, one to read when you want a warm feeling in your heart. It's perfect to relax with after a long day, when you just want something to make you smile. So, if this sounds like your cup of tea, why don't you get an actual cup of tea and come sit down to read this book!
Author's note: This is a side story of mine, something I like to indulge in during quintessential autumn evenings while I work on my other novel, which is a much larger project. Therefore, this story has no concrete storyline or really much planning at all. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as many great stories can materialize when written on a whim. I simply wanted to put that out there.
