"The Punisher: The Black Labyrinth" is about a new drug cartel called The Black Labyrinth, They have been moving drugs and kidnapping innocent people to experiment their new drug on. The drug they have is called Black Damask and it over-rides your immune system and makes the host go into a rabid rage, there is no cure so far and the drug has side effects including insanity, anxiety, depression, immunity to pain, vomiting, blackouts and death. The Punisher, knows it's his duty to stop this from becoming an outbreak.

Heroes. We think we know them. What they look like. What they do. They avenge the wronged, defend the weak, guard our galaxy. They kick some ass, take some names, and look good while doing it. They never end up covered in mud. Never bleed. Never fall. It's effortless. Easy as breathing... So why does it feel like I can't breathe? Why am I sat here covered in so much blood that I don't know where theirs ends and my own begins? Why does it feel like the whole world is coming to an end, and there's nothing I can do to save it? I was meant to be the hero of this story wasn't I? That's how all of this started. I was meant to save people. So how could it have turned out like this, all alone, watching the world burn, with her blood on my hands? Am I really the hero of this story, or am I just another lonely pathetic universe filler? Some flat static stock character whose life doesn't matter and never will. Or worse, am I the villain? Have all my sins finally caught up with me, and this is just the price? The universe has judged me and found me wanting? I know the things I've done. The people I've hurt. The lies I've told. All just another strand in the web of my life.
