Pastel!Dan x Punk!Phil Dan Howell was different to say the least, he was the only guy in his school to wear flowers in his perfectly straightened hair, to wear button down shirts under his pastel colored jumpers, or wear pastel jumpers. Or to wear light colored skinny jeans and converse. He only had two friends, the only other people to dress similar to him. Phil Lester was the opposite, he wore all black, his fringe was dyed blue and he pierced and tattooed his skin against his mothers wishes. He was the schools bad boy, he could care less about his grades or where he would go after high school. He spent his days sassing his teachers, bullying helpless peers and skipping class. On the last day of school Dans friends invite him along to a summer camp so the three of them can enjoy the three months of summer vacation away from their small town. Dan agrees, mainly to get away from a particular bully, Phil Lester, who seems to be set out for him and only him until he realizes, Phil is at camp too. Against Dans deepest desire to return to their small town, he stays, and prepares for the longest summer of his lifetime.

Dan Howell is just a normal guy. Well, normal in the fact that he adores so-called feminine, light-colored clothing with pretty flower crowns on his head. He's just a normal guy, trying to work through university. Which is why he finds it strange when he wakes up tied to a chair in a poorly lit room with a hot leather-wearing blue eyed older man hovered him, yelling and cursing about some 'PJ' and something about half a million dollars. It's even worse considering it's his birthday.

Or to wear light colored skinny jeans and converse. He only had two friends, the only other people to dress similar to him. Phil Lester was the opposite, he wore all black, his fringe was dyed blue and he pierced and tattooed his skin against his mothers wishes. He was the schools bad boy, he couldn't care less about his grades or where he would go after high school. He spent his days sassing his teachers, bullying helpless peers and skipping class. They couldn't have come from further crowds, but the two had spent nearly an entire summer together resulting in a relationship to bloom. Phil had changed his ways and had gone back to his original sweetheart self as well as Dan decided to embrace his curly hair and start to love himself. Now school was starting up and Phil was scared. He was scared of the looming homophobia he knew his sometimes around sleaze ball of a father and his friends had. Surrounded by homophobia, senior year, the looming unknown of his future, Phil had to make a choice. Which he wanted to last for forever, and which he wanted to never see again: everything he had known of this new school, or Dan.

Dan hated the way Phil would hurt him but then other times, the way Phil looked, walked, talked, literally anything he did, put dan in a different world. He knew Phil was toxic to him but he wanted more of him. The more he got, the emptier he felt without him.

Dan Howell is the new kid and is having trouble fitting in. He plans on moving schools until he meets someone special...

Highschool au Dan's POV COMPLETE - Phil is the new boy at Dan's school. He's so mysterious and captivating, and no matter how hard Dan tries to ignore him, Phil keeps popping up everywhere. And Dan can't help but feel like everything Phil does and is is worth a song, a story, a painting. Anything. But Dan is no good at those sorts of things.

Dan has been talking to his friend Phil, who he had met online for months now. Yet, they are complete Opposites they relate with many things. They just found out they live on the opposite side of Britain, which means they can meet up! When they met up Dan knows they clicked, but after they begin to meet up more often dan starts to develop feeling for his friend Phil

"You know bruises and insults aren't very romantic.." I muttered under my breath handing Andrew a beer. His eyes widen and looked at me. "Excuse me.." I bit my lip. "Y-You heard what I said.." Andrew took a swig of his beer, eyes locked on me. "Maybe we need to talk outside.." *SPOILERS DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVENT READ THE LAST STORY* Dan never thought he would be forgotten, but he's proved wrong. With his daughter, Dandelion starting high school, the stress of it all makes her forget all about her father. Phil also forgets about Dan at times, and although he's happy, it hurts Dan. Dan comes back into the Lester household in a different light to try and get them to remember him again. Will Dan succeed, or will he always be a forgotten flower?
