Charlie Jackson only ever wanted a normal life. But when you're a legacy of Athena and Poseidon, anything can happen. Especially with her family's luck. She's already worried about Camp this summer, because as her best friend Anz tells her, "I have a feeling...". And that can't be good. When Charlie is sucked nearly twenty years into the past, she has to deal with the Seven while not revealing she's one of their's kids, a lunatic god that's trying to scorch the Earth, and, worst of all, no Apple Phones.

Angel, chased by demons and angels alike, is being persecuted for murders she didn't commit. ---- Shy, abused Reanna died-- or she thought she did. Upon waking, she found herself with feathery wings and a task: To be a Guardian Angel. She's sucked into the ethereal world of Angels, Fallen, and Demons, a strange and dangerous world, and educated in the ways of an Angel. Years later, she's been attacked by something that could only be called a demon, though all should be locked in Hell; and so begins a string of events, beginning with persecution for Angelic murder, and stretching through moments of terror and delight, death and guardians, innocence and blood. Through it all, Reanna has to be strong, and figure out why, exactly, her world is collapsing.

Set in a quaint village in Surrey, England, the new concept of the Purge proves to bring out the worst in people. Primary school teachers become terrorists and the local reverend unleashes an unknown evil into the town. Who will survive the annual Purge?
