Our world, Earth, can be complicated. Life has its twists and turns, and with unexpected endings to each and every life. Humans have learned from the dawn of time to survive, thrive and keep their place. But what about the dark thoughts and nightmares? Sometimes we don't know how to control these inner fears and thoughts and we spiral out of control. The Pursuers help keep the demons and our made-up nightmares in check and out of trouble. Earth is safe as long as this group of rag-tags ward off the dark. What happens when Alex, one of the Pursuers screw up? Pursuers are never meant to be seen by human eyes. And that's exactly what didn't happen. He got spotted.

As an avid writer, I often find myself writing short stories on characters from my own imagination. Whether for an assignment in English class or my own pleasure, I have imagined dozens of worlds and even written a few. Here are some of my best works. The Chase- Follow this adrenaline-filled protagonist as she runs from the cruel organization pursuing her, discovering incredible secrets from her past on her journey. The Great Power Outage of 2075- Aleli is your average teenage girl... for 2075, that is. She spends all her time in her bedroom browsing her laptop, not having seen her family for weeks. That all changes when a disastrous power outage swipes the nation, stealing her technology from her. What will she do now? An Unconventional Safari- A harmless family outing takes a dangerous turn when a ruthless wild animal approaches. How do you get out of a self-driven safari when a lion is staring you right in the eyes? (Based on a true story) The Ignorance of Oblivicot- Adele is a college junior with a heavy heart. She's tired of studying, and has lost all motivation to try. One day, Adele is transported to Oblivicot- a world where learning is nonexistent. Could this mysterious world be a solution to her slump or an escape entirely?

Casey is just your average girl. She's a teenager, goes to school, has fair grades, and overall is just your average nerd. At least, that's what she's led everyone around her to believe. Truth be told, Casey is far from normal. A strange ability has - she would say - cursed her from birth, and there's no escaping it. So when a group of scientists find out about this strange "gift," where can she turn to hide? The real question is, is any place safe enough for Casey to stay? Moraceae © 2015

Short story about a thief's run across the desert by his pursuers.

Triggered by a traumatic event, a young man escapes his isolated life in a place known to him only as the Compound. His pursuers are the very people who raised him, taught him, trained him. Fleeing through the woods with nothing but his sword, his training, and his instincts, he has one thing on his mind; survival. This young man travels the land helping others using both the skills he had been taught and skills he picked up himself while on the run. His journey will lead to fated meetings and his simple actions could end up helping far more people than he could possibly imagine--or lead all to ruin. ----- This story is being serialized through my Patreon and then being made public at a rate of one chapter per month. I will also be doing at least one more serialized book simultaneously, as well as another project as well. The long wait times are due to my friend, and proofreader, having a tight schedule and not much time to sit down and think, let alone proofread. I have other people lined up for the other projects but I am a believer in consistency so I have one pair of eyes per project.
