Common Wealth Carmen of Puerto Rico is tired of standing in the shadows of the bigger countries, just once she'd like some recognition for being a country herself. So she runs away to meet the countries taking a quick vacation spot at her coast line, where she meats handsome France; giving her exactly all that she had asked for!
