Pygmalion is a play by George Bernard Shaw, named after a Greek mythological figure. It was first presented on stage to the public in 1913. In ancient Greek mythology, Pygmalion fell in love with one of his sculptures, which then came to life. The general idea of that myth was a popular subject for Victorian era English playwrights, including one of Shaw's influences, W. S. Gilbert. Shaw would also have been familiar with the burlesque version, Galatea, or Pygmalion Reversed. Shaw's play has been adapted numerous times, most notably as the musical 'My Fair Lady' and its film version.

After discovering their parents are just the reincarnations of Pygmalion and Galatea, the twins were forced to relocate to Europe. Tessa and her brother, Kaden discover that their hometown, Corinth, Greece is closer than they had ever thought. A man is after their blood, and is obsessed with power. He'll stop at nothing to get the Allens' magic powers for himself, and kidnapped Kaden to extract it. The storyline is subject to change, so if something looks off than the last time... yes, you're not crazy :)

This is my own version of the Pygmalion and Galatea story from Greek mythology (my favorite romance story of this era).
