"The eyes are the window to the soul." Fresh out of college Bethanie Kwame landed a job at an upscale mental hospital. On her first day of work, she finds a strange notebook. Warning of something, or rather someone. Soon, things get stranger and stranger as she works to find out who this person is.

this story was written based off the events I've experienced in my many extended inpatient periods I've endured throughout my life in my recovery and my worst one, to all, thank you and enjoy. I hope to put an end to discrimination in psychiatric hospitals within my words.

Authors note: I wrote this story for FUN. Swearing occurs a fair amount and so does gore. Running away from home can be quite extreme. So many things could happen, from good to bad. And it's tough, keeping the motivation to not just turn back and go home. But when it's a psychopath and a girl with completely no direction of where she's going, it's bound to get hectic.

Who is she? Confused to be a boy, because of the way she dresses, acts and talks. But looks, thinks and feels like a girl. People tend to think she's something in the middle...something:"it". They aren't certain so they call her "it". "It", the same pronoun they'll use to design a dog or a desk not a girl. It's "She not it". She even loves like a girl; She is in love with Oakley, she adores him, he's the guy she loves to the point of stalking him. She loves him more than her life: "Oakley Karl Winston is perfection." Who is he? Drew Jeremy Amspoker. Small, calculating Drew Amspoker. The nuisance of Billy Tuke Government Academy. Everyone hates him and they have good reasons to. The only thing he knows how to do is to be a selfish, manipulative and lying creature designed to spite everyone around him, especially his Mother and Lisa Zhang.
