It would if it wasn't for the fact that the men weren't the characters from a classic Chinese story Journey to the West. He screamed and covered his eyes, feeling the warm blood dripping down them from where Sir Raiqu sliced him. He fell back, still clutching his eyes and trying to calm down. "Pathetic." Aka, an au if Mk was taken up in a royal kingdom and had a toxic queen and mentor. I got this idea from the episode Pig Pong Panic about Mk being impressively good at ping pong while blindfolded! The whole royal kingdom idea came from my love of monarchy. Ps. this is still set in modern times, it's just the hidden kingdom he's in that's still in the monarchy era.

MK was orphaned at a young age. He doesn't know why he's never felt normal, doesn't know why he's never fit in and he certainly doesn't know that his actual parents are Sun Wukong and Macaque. This is MK's journey through life, trying to figure out who he is, where he came from, and why his balance sucks. (Most of this is set at the beginning of the actual show except the first two chapters which are before. This is just an excuse to write my two favourite Monkey's being dad's to Mk basically. Lot's of miscommunication is about to occur.)

But what they don't realize is that you are the lost monk? And what's worse, the Lady Bone Demon, who was imprisoned by Sun Wu Kong after her attack, will not rest until she sees the last monk dead and the scriptures in her hands.

AU where Sun Wukong and Liu'er Mihou's positions are switched. I usually see screenshot redraws of swk and macaque switched but I've barely seen anyone making a whole storyline out of it including a fanfic of it, so might aswell make my own version of it and a whole storyline!!!!(I'm not sane) A lot of the characters in the story are different, the most obvious ones is that wukong and macaque are switched. Despite the changed positions MK is still a fan of wukong, like a wukong apologist, he built like that fr🔥 Tang helps pigsy out in the kitchen as a way to pay him back for giving him free noodles, red son is more calm and collected but he's still a hot head! he just doesn't show it often rahhhh and yea that's pretty much what I can say, btw English is NOT my first language, so therefore if there's ANY spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes please forgive me because I do not know how to explain situations
