He and Fury interrogate her, then Fury takes a liking to her and he offers her to join SHIELD. What would happen if Fury had been the one who asked Skye to join SHIELD? This is my prequel to my Legends of Tomorrow fan fiction, so I'll do Season 1 of the Flash and do a few episodes of season 2 before doing a time skip to the last three episodes of season 2. The reason why I'm doing such a large time skip is because my character goes off with the legends of tomorrow. Not sure if this is going to work but I'll give it a go.
