The world had come to a standstill. Streets were empty, doors remained shut, and people lived in isolation. But for Millie, solitude was nothing new. It was where she felt safest. While chaos raged outside, she found comfort in her own quiet world. Then the storm began to pass. Life slowly returned to normal and Millie allowed herself to dream again. She imagined going back to university, walking through sunlit streets, and losing herself in the pages of books at her favourite library. But just when she was ready to step back into the world, a phone call changed everything. Her COVID-19 test had come back positive. Fourteen more days of isolation. At first, it felt like just another stretch of time slipping by, another silence she had learned to live with. But then, there was him. A stranger who noticed when no one else did, offering quiet kindness in ways she never expected. As the days passed, she found herself wondering. Who was he, really? And why did it feel like, for the first time in a long time, she wasn't meant to be alone? Read to find out how their paths cross and what happens in the end.

Jake, Stacy's boyfriend, was in a car accident and lost all of his memories, including hers. Everyone would do everything they could to help him remember. She had faith in him that he would remember her, but the pain was unavoidable. They couldn't foresee the future as beings, and therefore best thing they could do was have faith. The most infuriating and life-changing incident occurred just as they were about to celebrate their sixth anniversary. Will they be able to overcome the challenges? While on spring break, a sudden outbreak of a plague breaks out & has spreaded all throughout the world. Now the world is quarantined. Now Ka'Miah is stuck wondering will this Plague ever pass.

Will any of her family catch the virus? Between all of the schoolwork and stay at home orders, things are about to get a lot more difficult.

I always believed that giving would make him stay by my side through eternity. Sometimes, I tend to forget that I showered him with all my love and attention - not leaving enough for myself. My sole purpose in his life was to become water for his thirst, nourishment for his hunger, and a flame that rekindles his cold heart. I wrote stories and poems for his lost soul. Before he would listen and read my tales of wonder and happiness - our heartbeat into the same rhythm. My words lost its value and his rhythm skipped a beat, and next thing I know he yearned for a siren's woeful melodies - leaving me longing for his touch.
