Quarantined Stories

Years into an epidemic, the quarantine system still functions. Meals are issued. Beds are counted. Transfers are logged. Mistakes are corrected-eventually. Daniel Mercer knows the difference between what the paperwork says and what is actually there. He delivers meals through East housing, where his wife Mara is getting worse and where a delayed update can mean an extra tray, an empty bed, or one more chance to keep her fed. At first, Daniel only uses what the system would waste. Then he learns which delays can be extended, which counts can remain open, and how easily an exception can become a procedure when the numbers still add up. Correct on Paper is a slow-burn psychological dystopian novel about bureaucracy, scarcity, love, and the point at which protecting one person becomes deciding what everyone else can afford to lose.

With the state of the world today, along with contending with other things of a personal nature, for the time being I'm going to put off writing My Friend Loki #3. I have become inspired to write a different story with my two main characters. It's like a blog and a story - a "stog?" or "blory?" Let's just say this is my chosen method of Thorapy, erm, I mean therapy / self-care in dealing with everything right now. NOTE: As of today, December 30, 2021, I've changed my mind about this being an "ongoing story." I will be making every effort to finish this novel it in the next six months (Lord willing!). (First chapter posted on March 22, 2020).

How will she do it to do both hide this and live a normal life in her world? Yeah, I dont know either. -Updates once a month or less. -Very badly written so don't expect anything from this. -The personality of Y/N probably will be a lot like mine since this story was originally made for fun in my imagination. -LOTS of editing
