His eyebrows raise at that, he'd heard of her family. God, practically everyone in Panem had heard of her family. Because every time a Blessing child had volunteered for the Hunger Games, they didn't just win - they entertained.

AU. For the Third Quarter Quell, the Capitol decrees that those who aged out of the reaping since the previous Hunger Games will be thrown back into the pool-with no volunteers allowed. When her sister and her best friend are chosen, Katniss is left behind.
