As a reminder to the nation that even the wisest of citizens rebelled against the capitol, anyone over the age of twelve is eligible to be reaped." Heavy silence smothered the room as the family reeled in shock. There would be no chance in the reaping for selfless familial solidarity- just the usual defenseless screaming and crying that accompanied the reading of a loved name. Hello! As you may have heard, Suzanne Collins announced additon to the Hunger Games Trilogy. I decided it would be fun to kind of make a concept book as too what it may be about. While reading please keep in mind that I, in no way shape or form am Suzanne Collins, nor am I lucky enough to be afilliated with them. This is simply a concept and I have no insights about the upcoming Installment, please, enjoy this book. Hopefully, both me and you reader alike can look back at this concept book and laugh. But the people that are brought together in the 5th Annual Quarter Quell might at least be the start of something. -- I wrote this in 2018 but have since remastered it to suit my better writing style.
